Dominant Ingredients and Characteristics: Idaho 7 and Chinook aroma hops bring pine, tropical fruit and citrus, while specialty malts bring notes of bread, honey and light fruit character.

With 50 IBU's of "clean bittering" from HOPDROP™ - Supercritical CO2 Hop Extract, and 4 oz. of flavor and aroma hops (3 oz. for dry hopping), this beer packs about 80 gravity points of malt extract and 80 IBU's of hop bitterness.
