El Dorado™ steam distilled essential oil, made from fresh hops (not dried or processed), brings the light tropical notes this hop is known for, along with watermelon, grass, pear and candied fruit. For use in a hop water, we recommend adding Mango flavoring, as well, for a more rounded and satisfying blend.

Ingredients:

16 oz Cup full of ice

2 tsp Simple Cane Sugar Syrup

1 drop of Distilled Essential Hop Oil

Optional: 1 drop of Mango Flavoring

Carbonated-Acidified Sparkling Water (instructions in Sparkling Water article)

Method

Fill your cup with ice. Measure 2 tsp of Simple Cane Sugar Syrup and pour it in. Top with carbonated-acidified sparkling water. Add a drop or two of Distilled Essential Hop Oil and stir. Enjoy!
