This clear polycarbonate filter housing is designed to use 10 inch filters of various micron porosity. These filters work well for wine, beer, mead, and cider. Cartridge filters benefit over plate filters by being easier to clean and having no loss to leakage, however these benefits may come at the cost of filtration speed. The filter may also be used as a water filter for brewing, or a randal for flavoring beverages at the time of serving.
Filter cartridges and fittings sold separately. For 1/2" hose barb fittings to install into the FPT ports on this housing, use #9547 1/2" barb x 1/4" MPT.

How to Return Goods for Refund
All our supplies are guaranteed for one year. Request for refunds occurring more than 30 days after the date of purchase on non-defective goods may be granted as a store credit if the goods are returned in their original condition. Yeast is perishable and should be refrigerated on arrival. No refunds are allowed on sales of living organisms such as yeast and bacteria.
