Cheese Mold - Camembert, No Bottom (4.3 x 4.3 x 4.3). This cheese mold is made of food grade polypropylene plastic. It creates a larger cheese that CH51, which is an alternative choice for Camembert. In contrast to CH51 it has no bottom which makes flipping the cheese an easier process.

This was my first time using a non-basket style mold. Once I got used to not letting the curds escape the bottom, this worked great. Perfect size!
