Winemaking Math and Testing - In Depth

*PRE-REQUISITE REQUIRED - Before we will accept an appointment for this lesson, the student should first complete the more basic Lesson 1 Basics of Wine Components, Tasting, and Testing.  This lesson plan is a more advanced and complete follow up to that lesson.  The student should also have some winemaking experience.
