Hallertau Hop Pellets (30 min.) 5.2 IBU Water to 5 gallons 3/4 cup Corn Sugar for priming 1 pack #1056 Chico Ale or WLP#002 English Ale Yeast

Mash grains, except Carapils, including flaked maize and rice extract, together at 150 degrees F. for 60 minutes. Add Carapils for last 15 or 20 minutes of mash.
