Hello Wine and Cider Makers,
Please visit us on this Saturday to try doctoring your current batch of wine or cider to find out if it can be improved with any common adjustments. We will have a table full of "magic powders" and "potions", cups and utensils as needed, to try an assortment of the most common additives used to adjust and improve finished wines and ciders: tartaric or malic acid, potassium bicarbonate, copper sulfate, gum arabic, tannins, and sweetener. This is your chance to try them all without the need to stock them all in your pantry.
This "Doctoring Day" will be Saturday, April 12, 10:30 AM - 2:30 PM (please arrive no later than 2 PM).
