Pressure Fermentation Cap for Sanke Keg - Corny Gas-In with PRV - 2

This pressure fermentation cap can be easily installed onto a Sanke keg that has the spear removed. With this cap, the keg may be purged with CO2 or other gas and fermentation can be performed using light pressure for oxygen protection and ester suppression.

USE CAUTION! We make no claims as to how high the pressure can go before YOUR vessel is damaged or human injury occurs.

For pressure fermentation, a spunding valve is highly recommended in order to monitor the actual pressure inside the keg.
