Our full time staff members are all award winning brewers and national caliber judges. Whether you want to just give brewing a whirl or go on to make your own world famous brand, we can show you the road to success. We carry American, Belgian, Canadian, English, and German malts, hops from around the world and yeast from Wyeast and White Labs.

Winemaking

Winemaking in Sonoma County, CA is a way of life. You too, could be putting up real wine in your cellar, wine that you can proudly share with all your family and friends. We have the staff and supplies to tackle your needs, whether you make 5 gallons or 1000. We carry asceptic juice packs, ready to ferment, from Mosti Italiano and Wine Expert.

Meadmaking

We are very proud to have Byron Burch here to develop our meadmaking program. He has been Meadmaker of the Year for three years and helped to develop our winning formulas for mead nutrients, and of course lots of recipes.

Cider, Vinegar and Sodas
