1.25 oz. UK Goldings Hops
(60 min.) 28 IBU
.75 oz. Magnum Hops (30 min.)
14 IBU
.75 oz. Mt. Hood Hops
(5 min.) 3 IBU
1 cup Corn Sugar for priming
#1098, or WLP023 Yeast
SG 1.066 IBU 45
Grains are mashed together for 60 minutes, adding the Carapils for last 30 min. at 152 F., and then rinsed.
