"July Bleachers" American Lager
Light Lager - American

11 lbs. 2-Row Lager Malt
2 oz. Caramel 60 Malt
2 oz. Munich Malt
2 oz. Wheat Malt
2 lbs. Dry Rice Extract
2 tsp Irish Moss
1/2 oz. Perle Hops (30 min.) 14 IBU
1/4 oz. Hallertau Hops
(5 min.) 1 IBU
1 1/2 cups Corn Sugar for priming

2 packs #2007 or #2272 Lager Yeast

60 minute infusion mash @ 150 degrees F.

1 Hour Sparge. Boil 90 min.

S.G. 1.036 IBU 15
